What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

This is talking therapy with hypnosis.

Hypnosis or ‘trance’ is natural and brought about by guided relaxation. 

 

When relaxed our minds takes on positive suggestions, as they are not seen as a threat. 

I use neuroscience and the latest research, whilst supporting you with strategies to help you create positive change.

 

Through neuroplasticity you have the ability to literally re-wire your mind.

I am passionate about enhancing your well-being.  We work in partnership, exploring what is right for you, tailoring sessions which empower you to move forward in your life.

Each week, we discuss the neuroscience of the brain which is a key element of the therapy.  It helps you understand why we act in certain ways in given situations.

 

We incorporate celebrating your strengths and achievements, whilst looking at acceptance, forgiveness and understanding yourself.

 

Working at your pace, you have control of when you finish our sessions. 

 

I offer online and face to face sessions.  To both adults and Children & Young People.  

 

On-line works really well, with no stress/costs travelling.   

You can just relax in your own home.
